Flow State
Flow state is a mental state of complete absorption and engagement. During the course of our retreat, you'll learn how to cultivate your flow state and integrate it back into your daily lives.

What to Expect?
Our expert facilitators will guide you through interactive sessions to learn about various modes of expression. Explore with movement, art and music to help you tap into your unique talents & innate forms of expression.
Our intention with this retreat is to create a container that allows for your true form expression to be shared with the community.

Anchana Kota
Soul steward
Over 9 years of conducting workshops. She works has worked with over 600 people in groups and individually as a Performance neuroscience coach and art therapist. Has worked with people across various socio economic backgrounds.

Yamini Gowda
Flow Faciliatator
Has 7 years of training experience in the holistic development of children and adults. Along with 5 years of running the farm stay and practicing flow arts through hooping and Capoeira

Supriya Srivastava
Founder of Flowshaala & Hoop Jam Party
Supriya
is a hoop artiste, movement facilitator, and educator with over a decade of experience shaping India's flow arts landscape currently running Flowshaala

Siddharth Venkar
Musician & Educat
Xen-Kat is a musician and educator working with reviving ancient, tribal instruments.
He has a grassroot, participatory and educative approach to music and sound.

Michael Kumar
Tattoo & Digital Artist
A Muti-talented artist across different artistic channels, who has spent years honing his own unique style. With a keen interest in inner child healing & anthropology.

How to reach ?

We’ll be adding you to a WhatsApp group so you can coordinate your carpool with fellow Flowmies
-
You can catch the local train from SBC or central station to Muddalinga halli station and take an auto (10 minutes)
-
You can take a bus and get dropped off 20 minutes and take an auto
-
You can book an outstation cab till the farm but while returning use local transportation or carpool with someone

Meals To Power Your Days
Traditional village style multi-nutritional meals made from permaculture grown farm fresh veggies, diary, eggs. With an additional smokey taste from our firewood stoves on some of the dishes.
"Ooh I ate too much!" is our most received complaint which is promptly sorted by a leisure afternoon nap.
Explore the greenhouses, cultivation fields & animal farms to see where your food comes from.
The menu is varied enough to cater to all dietary needs and you can also let us know for any particular additionals needed :)
